Privacy Notice

Last updated: March 11, 2026

Overview

This notice explains how Ousley.ai handles information collected through ousley.ai. Ousley.ai is a brand of Nimblor LLC.

Information we collect

We collect a limited amount of information through this site:

  • The email address you submit through the update form
  • Verification data needed to run Cloudflare Turnstile and screen out bots
  • Technical request data our hosting and infrastructure providers process to deliver and secure the site
  • Any information you send us directly by email

How we use information

We use that information to:

  • Send the benchmark-release, launch, and early-access updates you requested
  • Operate the signup form and deliver confirmation or follow-up emails
  • Protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated submissions
  • Respond to inquiries and maintain the site
  • Meet legal, security, or operational requirements

Third-party services

This site currently relies on the following service providers:

  • Vercel for hosting and serverless execution
  • Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-bot verification; Cloudflare states Turnstile processes signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, user-agent header, and site key data to distinguish people from bots
  • Resend for outbound email delivery, including the internal notification email and the confirmation email sent to the address you submit

These providers process information on our behalf to operate the site and its signup workflow. Their own privacy terms also apply to information they process.

What we do not currently do

We do not use the submitted email address for unrelated third-party marketing, and we do not sell the information submitted through this site. We also do not currently run a separate analytics or ad-tech script on the public website beyond the infrastructure and anti-abuse services required to operate it.

Retention

We keep submitted information for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage product-interest communication, maintain records of signup activity, address abuse or operational issues, or meet legal obligations. We may remove information earlier when it is no longer needed or when deletion is requested, subject to any records that must be retained in backups, email systems, or service-provider logs for a limited period.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you or delete your submitted email address from our active records by emailing contact@nimblor.com or by replying to an email from us.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the signup form.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the site, the signup workflow, or our data practices change. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.
